Customs & Import Taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, fees and import taxes that may apply when pieces are shipped outside of the EU (within the EU customs duties do not apply).
Import charges can vary widely but are most commonly based on the price and type of item, package weight and dimensions, origin country, and the taxes, duties, and fees of the destination country.
Pieces shipped to the US:
Merchandise shipped through the international postal service is forwarded upon its arrival in the US to one of U.S. Customs and Border Protection International Mail Branches for clearance. If the item is less than $2,000 in value and is not subject to a quota or is not a restricted or prohibited item, a CBP official will usually prepare the paperwork for importing it, assess the proper duty, and release it for delivery.
Packages whose declared value is under $800 will generally be cleared without any additional paperwork prepared by CBP.
If any duty is owed, CBP will charge a processing fee for clearing the package. Duty and the processing fee are due at the local post office of the buyer, where the package has been forwarded.
More info can be found on the U.S. CBP website.
Pieces shipped within the EU and to the rest of the World:
Other countries outside of the EU may also apply custom duty and/or import VAT on goods purchased from another country. The amount of custom duty and import VAT payable will be assessed at the point of entry of the destination country.
As the threshold for the application of such charges may vary from country to country, please contact your local customs/ tax office for further information. Alternatively, you should check with your local tax advisor for more information.

We cannot be held responsible for delays due to customs and will always honestly describe the contents of our packages.

Please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
We do accept returns, exchanges and cancellations within the EU (and would rather that you are entirely happy with your purchase):
Contact me within: 14 days of delivery
Ship items back to us (please contact us to request an exchange and a returns label) within: 21 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 4 hours of purchase
The following items can't be returned or exchanged:
Custom, or personalised orders
Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Items on sale, or promotion
Conditions of return:
At present, returns are only accepted within the EU, as per EU law. Please note, that customers from the US and the rest of the world will not unfortunately be able to return their purchases (due to the high customs taxes often levied on the returned parcel).
Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs (and any applicable taxes). If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Reimbursements for gifts will always be made to the original buyer's account, unless a copy receipt is provided.
Reimbursements will be made within 14 days of receiving the returned item, although - as part of our commitment to customer service - reimbursements are usually made within a few days of having received the returned item in its original condition.
